About Us
Our Biotech Journey

Our Vision
United specializes in natural biologics, a field that hasevolved over decades and encompasses a diverse array of forms and applications. Our commitment to transparency and excellence begins with the careful selection of donors and extends through every step of the process. Our products originate from consenting pre-screened mothers who have generously agreed to donate their tissue at the time of their scheduled delivery. We prioritize the safety and well-being of both donors and recipients, adhering to strict ethical standards and regulatory guidelines. Each donor undergoes thorough screening to ensure eligibility, including comprehensive medical and social evaluations including infectious disease testing, etc. Once collected, the donated tissue undergoes processing in our state-of-the-art facilities. Our team of skilled professionals employs cutting-edge techniques to maintain the integrity and potency of the biologic materials while minimizing the risk of contamination or degradation.
Throughout every stage of processing, quality assurance remains paramount. United is committed tomeeting and exceeding the highest industry standards for safety, efficacy, and purity. Our products undergo rigorous sterility testing and analysis to verify compliance with FDA regulation and adherence to AATB standards. By prioritizing transparency, ethical sourcing, and stringent quality control measures, United ensures that ourproducts are not only safe and effective but also ethically sourced and reliable for integration into your clinical applications.
Our Approach
United Regenerative Therapeutics is an FDA registered HCT/P entity that excels in the processing, and distribution of minimally manipulated biologic products intended for homologic use. We are dedicated to working closely with clinicians and practitioners across the world, aiming to enhance human lives through natural biologics, skincare, and ancillary products. Our suite of revolutionary natural biologic products includes a wide range of components such as growth factors, cytokines, collagens, proteins, extracellular matrix, and hyaluronic acid. These products are designed to be used either individually or in combination to achieve more robust outcomes. At United, we operate in strict compliance with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) regulations and standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in all our offerings. Our natural biologic products are derived from birth tissues obtained from carefully screened donors at the time of a normal, healthy birth. Importantly, our products are free from any fetal or embryonic tissues, emphasizing our commitment to ethical and responsible practices.

Current Initiatives
Therapies
Our tissue allograft products are processed in a manner as to not only preserve the natural forms of the structures but also to keep together all the complementary factors with which they have co-evolved to function in concert. We strive to minimize any significant deviation of the microstructures from natural state and preserve them as they are found in the natural womb environment during fetal development. The tissue is processed and delivered as a liquid suspension or as a patch to facilitate application. Every effort is made to keep the main components, and all their complementary factors together as would be found in their natural environment. The processing and distribution is done in compliance with FDA’s Human Cells Tissue-based Products (HCT/P’s) regulations 21 CFR1271 and Section 361 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.

Amniozell
A tissue allograft suspension derived from the human amniotic membrane. Its main components are collagen fibers, growth factors, reticular fibers, cytokines and other signaling molecules. In general, this suspension provides the natural array of factors that support repair, regeneration, angiogenesis and specifically anti-inflammation immunomodulatory effects (macrophage-type activity), especially in barrier function applications.

Polyzell
A human umbilical cord derived tissue allograft suspension. It consists mainly of Wharton’s Jelly, Cytokines, Growth Factors, Perivascular fibers, Mesenchymal stem cells, Collagen fibers and other signaling molecules (e.g. exosomes, etc.). The suspension provides the natural ensemble of interacting factors that are necessary to support the repair, regeneration and rejuvenation as they do in the natural environment of the womb where they provide the mechanical and chemical support for the developing fetus.

Chorzell
A tissue allograft suspension derived from the human chorion membrane. The suspension is made up of bioactive placental tissue matrices, growth factors mostly angiogenic, cytokines and other signaling molecules. In its natural environment of the womb of the developing fetus, it forms the part of the fetal side of the placental which connects the embryo to the maternal blood supply and is endowed with a vast array of natural complement of angiogenic factors. Thus could provide support for angiogenesis in many applications
